Job Title : Test Analyst / QA Analyst

Location : Columbus, OH, 43230

Duration : 6+ Months (possible extension, no conversion to FTE planned)

Job Type : Temporary Assignment

Work Type : Hybrid (3 days onsite, flexible schedule)

Payrate : $ 50.00 - 53.00 / hr.

The below job opportunity is to one of Our clients who is a global leader in personal care and home fragrance, including top-selling collections for fine fragrance mist, body lotion and body cream, 3-wick candles, home fragrance diffusers and liquid hand soap.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • The QA Analyst will work as part of an agile content management product team, supporting digital e-commerce initiatives and web redesign projects.
  • This role involves executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, updating regression test suites, and validating production releases.
  • The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in grooming sessions, support User Acceptance Testing, and report testing metrics to the QA Lead.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and execute test cases, regression testing, system testing, and UAT.
  • Document, triage, and track defects during sprints.
  • Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and scrum activities.
  • Validate site and checkout flows post-production release.
  • Maintain test data, order needs, and regression suites.
  • Collaborate with QA Lead and product teams to identify dependencies.
  • Contribute to continuous learning and test coverage improvements.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • 3–5 years QA experience (minimum 2 years required).
  • Strong background in e-commerce, UI / UX, and website testing.
  • Agile / Scrum experience.
  • Experience with test planning, requirement mapping, and defect management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (QA certs nice to have).
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and other test management tools.
  • Experience with Mable automation framework or other low-code testing tools.
  • Strong written / verbal communication and ability to work with distributed teams.
