As an essential part of our operations, you will help ensure smooth operations during the night hours, providing top-notch service and maintaining a welcoming environment for our guests and customers.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Assist in all aspects of store operations, including restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the facility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with any inquiries or needs they may have.
  • Ensure inventory levels are accurate by performing regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for both staff and customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals and meet store objectives.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Qualifications :
  • Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working overnight hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
