Responsibilities
Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance for Rave\'s suite of notification software productsRespond to support requests via email, screen sharing, and phone in a timely mannerManage and prioritize support tickets while meeting multiple deadlinesConduct training sessions on various Rave products and servicesAct as a liaison between customers and internal escalation teams for issue resolutionQualifications
Bachelor\'s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting customers on enterprise SaaS platformsBasic knowledge of web services and web technologies (HTML, XML)Understanding of SMS networks and mobile applicationsProficient in troubleshooting technical issues on SaaS platformsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)Experience with telecommunications and emergency notification systemsFamiliarity with DMARC, DKIM, SPF recordsFrench speaking is a plusExperience with AI / machine learning technologies is strongly preferredPublicSafety #SaaS #TechnicalSupport #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth
