Manager Front Office
We seek a Front Office Manager to join our team. Don't miss out on the opportunity to work in a fantastic resort in a breathtaking environment. You will deliver efficient check-in and check-out services and coordinate front-office activities in this position.
Responsibilities include :
- Handling day-to-day staffing needs, planning and assigning work and establishing performance and development goals for team members.
- Assisting in the daily maintenance of room inventory status.
- Leading the Front Desk team by crafting a positive work environment.
- Overseeing and resolving resolution of problems arising from owner / guest concerns with a commitment to satisfying every guest / owner.
- Maintaining a positive collaborative work environment between staff and management.
- May be required to perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.
- Effectively handling incidents and guest concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Ensuring quality assurance standards of hospitality are provided to all members, owners, and guests on property and / or via telephone.

Qualifications :
A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the customer service field is required.A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the customer service field required.Demonstrate leadership skills such as integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.A courteous and professional attitude when handling upset guests and difficult situations.High school diploma or equivalent.It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions :
