Hospitality & Special Events Director

Job Description

Hospitality and Special Events Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations during a PGA-sanctioned golf tournament. This includes managing vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating logistics for concessions and hospitality areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Vendor Management

Select, contract, and manage food and beverage vendors.

Develop and execute a comprehensive food and concessions plan.

Manage food and beverage budgets, including forecasting and cost control.

Ensure a high-quality, consistent culinary experience for all attendees.

Ensure all food operations comply with local health codes and PGA standards.

Supervise on-site food service staff and volunteers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for food-related inquiries.
