Role Description
The Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager / Sr. Manager is a vital contributor within the US Petcare marketing team. This role supports the success of marketing initiatives by assisting in the development and execution of integrated communications strategies that deliver consistent, compelling, and timely messaging across for the aligned therapeutic area (TA) and across the portfolio. The MarCom Manager ensures executional quality, helping to align communications with business objectives, meet deadlines, and manage budgets effectively. Above all, this role requires a proactive and collaborative professional who provides strategic, results-oriented communications support to advance Petcare business goals.
In this capacity, the MarCom Manager will support the Dermatology marketing team by contributing to communications efforts across Parasiticides and Vaccines..

Responsibilities
As the MarCom Manager, you will :
This colleague will imbed with the aligned TA team and support the planning, development, and execution of communications plans and programs for aligned TA, that contribute to business and marketing success.Assist in ensuring all communications touchpoints align with segment and brand strategies, maintaining consistent and appropriate messaging across channels and portfolios.Support in guiding Marketing Ops associate in executing budget and copy review & clearance (CRC) initiatives.Provide input and collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize messaging and media mix by customer segment, therapeutic category, and across the portfolio as appropriate.Coordinate day-to-day interactions with communications agencies, supporting the delivery of on-strategy, timely, and quality outputs.Help ensure adherence to the CRC approval process by working with regulatory, legal, medical, corporate communications, and Investor Relations teams to secure necessary approvals.Collaborate with Marketing Managers and agencies to support the development and implementation of marketing communications campaigns.Work with the Corporate Communications Team on communications strategies and executions.Act as a liaison for agencies, trade associations, industry groups, partners, and marketing suppliers as needed.Assist in developing and tracking metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing communications programs.Support logistics and communications initiatives for customer meetings and internal events.Represent aligned Therapeutic Areas (TAs) in the strategic planning and execution of key tradeshows, collaborating closely with the meetings team to ensure cohesive and impactful events.Contribute to the development and use of the CRM platform to enhance targeting, prioritize opportunities, and identify risks.Help optimize resource allocation, including advertising & promotion budgets and team capabilities, to maximize revenue and profitability.Facilitate collaboration across functions to support communications strategies that fuel growth.Share best practices and identified synergies / efficiencies across the marcom team, and broader marketing team.Represent the MarCom team in internal and external forums as appropriate.Desired Perceptions

Education
Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field is required.MBA or advanced degree is preferred but not required.Professional Experience
7 to 10 years of relevant marketing communications or advertising agency experience.Experience in the animal health industry is preferred.Demonstrated ability to support integrated segment and brand communications strategies that deliver consistent messaging across brands, therapeutic areas, and customer segments.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.Physical Position Requirements
Ability to travel (15% of the time).Attendance at internal off-site meetings (e.g., National Sales Meetings, off-sites), agency meetings, market research functions, etc.The employee's usual work location is in an office or remote office environment.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,880-147,890. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range
for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation
