Base pay range $65,000.00 / hr - $75,000.00 / hr

Position Title Marketing Manager

Reports To Director of Marketing

Employment Type Full-Time, Exempt

Position Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s strategic objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

Manage day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns, and content creation across digital, print, and event channels.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform strategies and identify opportunities.

Oversee social media, email marketing, website content, and advertising initiatives.

Track and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to optimize marketing efforts.

Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.

Support budget management and resource allocation for marketing projects.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in marketing or a related role, with demonstrated campaign management success.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills Experience with marketing automation platforms and A / B testing.

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

Creativity and innovation in developing campaigns and content.
