Maintenance Technician

Location : Mukwonago, WI

Salary : $30-45 / hr DOE

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment in a facility. This role ensures that all machinery operates efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure they function properly.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machinery.
Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to avoid equipment failures.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.

Strong electrical background and understanding of electrical systems.

Experience with welding and fabrication techniques.

Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance practices.

Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems.

Familiarity with PLCs and VFDs.

Experience in HVAC systems maintenance and repair.
