This Opportunity : The Village Life Center is seeking individuals who can provide Targeted Case Management & Mental Health Rehabilitative Services including Skills Building and Intervention Services.

Note : We are seeking candidates who can serve clients south of San Antonio (such as Uvalde, LaPryor, Hondo, etc) OR north of San Antonio (such as New Braunfels, Belverde)

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum number of hours that is equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention.

QMHP Responsibilities :

As a QMHP your key responsibilities will include :

Job Environment : The Qualified Mental Health Professional (CS) will generally perform responsibilities in the office, community, home and virtually. However, the majority of services provided will be in the client’s community and home environment.
