Professional staffing agency seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy for an elementary school setting in Portsmouth, OH. This role is designed for the upcoming school year and is structured as a contract position, allowing for a focused and impactful engagement with students.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in teletherapy and / or virtual service delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Proficiency in using technology for therapy sessions and documentation.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
Location : Portsmouth, OH
Responsibilities :
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders through teletherapy.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff.Conduct virtual therapy sessions that are engaging and effective for elementary students.Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs.Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required.Benefits :
