Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Professional staffing agency seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy for an elementary school setting in Portsmouth, OH. This role is designed for the upcoming school year and is structured as a contract position, allowing for a focused and impactful engagement with students.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in teletherapy and / or virtual service delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Proficiency in using technology for therapy sessions and documentation.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.

Location : Portsmouth, OH

Responsibilities :

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders through teletherapy.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff.
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions that are engaging and effective for elementary students.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
