Job Title : Attorney

Location : Concord, NH

Salary Rate : $80,000 - $95,000.

In business for over 40 years, my client is a well-respected firm in NH, specializing in a variety of practice areas. We are seeking an attorney with experience in trusts & estate planning to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience with estate planning & administration. What You Will Do :

• Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including tax implications and asset protection.
• Assist with trust administration, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Representing clients in probate court proceedings and resolving disputes related to estates and trusts.
• Guide clients through the process of estate and gift tax filings.
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
• Provide legal counsel to families, beneficiaries, and trustees in managing estates and trusts.
