About the Role

We're looking for a customer minded professional to join our team as a Client Installation & Service Delivery Lead. In this role, you will provide support for telematics installations, helping to coordinate activities and ensure smooth deployments. This role works closely with client-facing teams, operations, and vendors to assist in delivering timely, high-quality installations that contribute to a positive client experience. The position supports issue resolution and helps maintain alignment across teams to promote client satisfaction and trust.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the end-to-end installation process, including scheduling, execution, and completion
• Ensure installations are completed on time, within scope, and with proper documentation
• Proactively identify risks or scheduling conflicts and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accuracy in project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to minimize disruptions
• Serve as a point of escalation for installation-related issues while maintaining consistent communication with client-facing teams to provide updates and ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track installs by account, region, and vendor, while analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide regular updates to both client-facing teams and leadership, ensuring visibility, accountability, and smooth execution of installations
• Serve as the liaison with installation vendors and service providers.
• Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards that track installations by client and vendor.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,600 to $71,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
