Senior Backend Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Scala).

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain production systems that support the core business

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive innovation

Participate in the full development lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch support

Required Qualifications

Experience building production-grade functional programming systems, preferably in Scala

Solid understanding of functional programming principles and their application

Familiarity with the Typelevel stack and related libraries

Experience with infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL

A strong commitment to refining engineering skills and practices
