- The Customer Support Specialist role is an entry-level, full-time position on the Promoboxx Customer Support Team.
The primary responsibilities include monitoring inbound emails, voicemails, and live chats, becoming a product expert in the Promoboxx platform, conducting 1 :
Work with our team supporting some of the best-known consumer brands and their retailers Learn the Promoboxx platform and gain hands-on experience with social media marketing Own our Support inboxes and utilize template base replies and AI to respond to user inquiries Make outgoing calls to train retailers 1 :
