The Role : VP of Marketing

Location : Murrieta, California

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing will oversee the entire marketing organization and play a pivotal role in accelerating brand growth, customer acquisition, and loyalty across key channels-including paid media, brand strategy, and affiliate / influencer partnerships. The VP will lead a 13member team (with three direct reports : Director of Brand, Director of Growth / Paid Media, and Senior Partnerships Manager) and collaborate with the CEO to steward a $20-25 million marketing budget.

Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy

Craft and execute an enterpriselevel marketing roadmap aligned with company goals.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation while mentoring emerging leaders.
  • Set, track, and report on KPIs across all marketing channels; use insights to refine strategy.
  • Partner with the CEO to allocate and manage budget resources for maximum ROI.
  • Paid Media

    • Direct performance marketing across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms to deliver balanced acquisition and retention.

  • Maintain brand integrity and mission alignment across all paid campaigns.
  • Brand Strategy

    • Position the company as the category leader in natural skincare and wellness.

  • Oversee brand storytelling, content, and productlaunch marketing.
  • Affiliate & Influencer Programs

    • Scale affiliate and influencer partnerships with measurable ROI.

  • Support the Senior Partnerships Manager in cultivating highvalue relationships that authentically represent the brand.

    • Qualifications

  • 8+ years in senior marketing leadership, ideally within DTC or natural products.
  • Demonstrated success stewarding multimilliondollar budgets and driving growth.
  • Deep expertise in paid media, brand strategy, and affiliate / influencer programs.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and related martech stacks.
  • Proven ability to build, inspire, and retain highperforming teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategicthinking, and communication skills.
