  • Must have CDL-A license
  • Minimum 1 year of verified experience
  • Must have a valid DOT physical
  • No more than 6 driving jobs in 3 years
  • No texting or handheld phone violations while in CMV in past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol charges in past 5 years
  • Can only have 1 Serious moving violation in 3 years
  • Can only have 2 minor violations in 3 years
  • No more than 2 OOS violations in 3 years
