SUMMARY

The Quality Technician inspects the raw materials, completed product and process condition to ensure top-tier products by

verifying all quality aspects based on the specification and the standard operational procedure.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Confirms materials received meet established quality standards from our suppliers.
• Confirms product compliance to established quality standards by conducting tests.
• Create NCRs for the nonconforming materials.
• Ensure the line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands.
• Documents inspection resultsfor material release, final product grading.
• Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects.
• Help other technicians during break time and flexibility to cover other work areas.
• Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of Hanwha Q CELLS.
• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.
