General Cleaning : Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and public spaces. Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
Support Housekeeping Staff : Assist housekeeping staff with room preparation, including delivering supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
Inventory Management : Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and guest amenities. Report low inventory levels to the supervisor.
Maintenance Assistance : Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing fixtures, and reporting larger issues to maintenance personnel.
Guest Services : Respond to guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Safety and Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a housekeeping or facilities role is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
