We are seeking an enthusiastic Integrated Supply Chain Intern currently pursuing studies in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Service or related fields. The intern will primarily support enhanced analytics and reporting, process mapping, identification of inefficiencies, and recommendations for improvement within the integrated Supply Chain. This internship provides hands-on experience with real-world supply chain challenges related to Procurement.
Responsibilities
Interns are reportable to their assigned team's manager and provides support through the following assigned tasks and responsibilities :
- Develop, refine, and automate reporting tools for Raw Materials inbound logistics, emphasizing cost management, efficiency tracking, and inventory accuracy
- Develop, refine, and automate reporting tools for Indirect Procurement, Category Spend, Savings, and other KPIs
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and Power BI to design insightful dashboards, metrics tracking, and data visualization.
- Collaborate with procurement managers to identify areas for improvement in reporting processes, data accuracy, and overall supply chain transparency.
- Assist in data gathering, validation, and analysis to support strategic procurement and logistics decision-making.
- Contribute to ongoing projects related to procurement analytics, including MRO and service areas.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to map and analyze current order processing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving service levels, order accuracy, and responsiveness through data-driven insights and process optimization.
- Document reporting procedures and best practices to support sustainable, ongoing improvements in data management and analytics.
Required Skills
Internship Requirements :
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program focusing on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Analytics, or a related field.Proficient in Microsoft Excel with experience in pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, visualization, and dashboard creation.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and reporting quality.Self-motivated, proactive learner eager to apply academic knowledge to practical supply chain challenges.Benefits of Internship :
