Position Purpose : Responsible for assisting in designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions for the following modules : Sales & Marketing, Field Services, Customer Service. Responsible for understanding business requirements and design efficient solutions tailored to meet those needs.

Principle Accountabilities

• Design and develop custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 platform, including but not limited to CRM and Power Platform applications.
• Customize and extend CRM Dynamics 365 applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Create detailed technical documentation for developed solutions and integrations.
• Stay informed about updates and new features of Dynamics 365 to ensure best practices are followed.
• Experience with back-end services including best practices for data management, caching, and optimization
• Familiarity with Azure services is highly desirable.
