Truck Trailer Pros (TTP) is Now Hiring a Equipment Sales Reps. TTP is a new semi-trailer and used 18-wheeler, and farming equipment dealership operating in Texas, with a Nationwide customer base. Over the years, we’ve built a reputation for superior customer service, unique designs, quality and reliable products guaranteed to get the job done.
Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their equipment needs.
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure seamless delivery and installation of equipment.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
Proven track record of success in sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex equipment specifications.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.Bi-lingual Spanish / English is a plus.Strong time management and prioritization skills.Compensation :

You’ll be the engine that keeps our operations moving forward via marketing strategies, industry networking, local, satate and national shows and expos, your role is critical to ensuring relationships are built, and customer satisfaction is surpassed.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate new business through cold calls, walk-ins, and lead follow-up.Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate tractor-trailer solutions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, specs, and product features.Provide pricing quotes and negotiate deals within company guidelines.Assist customers with financing, leasing, and trade-in options.Complete all sales paperwork, title transfers, and compliance documents accurately.Coordinate delivery or pickup of sold units.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.Track sales activities using CRM software and report to management.Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings.What We’re Looking For :
