Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol - Financial

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol - Financial in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Your presence and proactive approach will support a secure atmosphere, while your commitment to exceptional customer service and clear communication will reflect our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first. This is a driving post, requiring you to navigate the location as you conduct routine patrols and respond to situations as needed.

Position Type : Part Time

Pay Rate : $22.58 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTime Sat 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Sun 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or activity.
  • Document observations, incidents, and / or suspicious activities in accordance with site procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and / or employees while representing Allied Universal at the location.
  • Follow all site-specific protocols and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A minimum of two years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
