Senior Transactional Paralegal
McCarthy Holdings, Inc. (MHI), is currently searching for a Senior Transactional Paralegal to support the Legal Department. This position can be located in our Phoenix, AZ office and will support multiple attorneys and business units across 5 regions.

POSITION SUMMARY :
The Senior Transactional Paralegal will support attorneys in preparing and managing documentation related to construction, corporate, real estate, and financial transactions. This role involves document drafting and review, document negotiation, due diligence, closing coordination and entity formation. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
