Temporary Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers to ensure we attract and secure top talent.
Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment : scheduling interviews, maintaining and organizing pipeline of candidates, extending offers
- Assist with recruitment through sourcing and screening
- Create job postings and post to a variety of websites
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Identify and place targeted job advertisements and assess effectiveness
- Update and maintain job descriptions
- Participate in career fairs
- Special projects as needed

Bachelors Degree2-3 years' experience in Recruiting. Preferably in a fashion companyProficiency in sourcing techniques including social media, print and on-line recruitmentExperience with ADP or other similar Applicant Tracking System is requiredExcellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple assignments and excel in a high volume demanding environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 - $80,000 Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
