Software Team Project Coordinator at Medical Services of America (MSA) – Lexington, SC. On-site, full-time role that supports our home health and hospice operations across locations.

What You'll Do
- Be the go-to person for keeping complex processes and projects on track—managing supply workflows, coordinating calls, running reports, and supporting system improvements
- Work closely with clinical leaders, educators, and agency staff to ensure efficient operations behind the scenes, enabling frontline teams to focus on patient care
- Coordinate and track special projects across home health and hospice services
- Schedule and attend core team calls, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on key action items
- Review, approve, and manage supply orders, helping agencies stay within budget and identify alternatives when needed
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve backorders, shipping delays, and product issues
- Support audits, research, and compliance follow-up with the education team and VP of Clinical Services
- Run and distribute reports, identify trends, flag issues, and propose solutions
- Assist with EMR system updates related to supplies, including resolving item and billing issues
- Support the company's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
- Maintain software access and permissions for supply users across agency locations

Base pay range
$45,000.00 / yr - $54,000.00 / yr
