Distribution Center Operations Manager

Overseer and manage resources and efficient processes for a large-complex distribution center operation.

Responsibilities include :

• Managing day-to-day operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and loading of all customer orders.
• Establishing operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Leading and measuring all daily processes to ensure order fulfillment and production are completed with excellence on a daily basis.
• Supporting local sales representatives and sales leadership to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Supporting all human resource processes at the local facility including sourcing and staffing, performance management, compensation, and training and development.
• Ensuring safe practices are in place for the workforce and adhered to including safety meetings, housekeeping, record keeping, and compliance with all local, state, and federal OSHA regulations.
• Managing exempt and non-exempt employee population to achieve company goals and maintain compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and expectations.
• Responsible for the financial aspect of the Distribution Center Operations by controlling expenses and preserving assets.
• Effective communicator in both group and individual settings with effective writing skills, demonstrated ability to model effective leadership, and excellent presentation skills.
• Extremely high sense of urgency, capable of handling multiple priorities and extensive time demands, and high level of personal integrity.
• Effectively navigating through complex situations, both internal and external, that may require multiple decision makers with demonstrated experience in customer relations and the ability to lead work environments that embrace the principles of positive employee relations.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,240.00 - $165,360.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on the applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
