Job Opportunity

Responsibilities :

  • Present, promote and sell products / services to existing customers
  • Negotiating pricing quotes and promotions
  • Makes recommendations for the customer
  • Lead by example with the ability to create and maintain good working relationships with customers, team members and other departments
  • Analyze performance problems and work with team members to improve
  • Troubleshoot with customers and handle escalated calls
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and create motivation
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn about our products and services to become the expert for the customer aiding in effortless resolution

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules at times (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.)
  • Leadership and decision-making skills
