As a Plumbing Service Apprentice , you will embark on a journey to learn the ins and outs of the plumbing industry. No prior experience is required, but a strong mechanical inclination and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are a must. The fully-paid Plumbing Apprentice program begins at the Furr Academy, located at our headquarters in Manassas, VA.

Key Responsibilities :

• Learn and Assist : Work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential settings
• Customer Engagement : Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions
• Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers
• Problem Solving : Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team
