Job Responsibilities : Job Overview The Cradles Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for leading and supporting Maintenance Team Members to ensure safe, efficient, and effective operations. This role coordinates with other departments, enforces plant safety policies, promotes Magna's philosophies, and ensures production quality and efficiency standards are consistently met. The Team Leader also acts on behalf of the Maintenance Supervisor when required and provides direction during equipment downtime situations. Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and support Maintenance Team Members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Coordinate and complete daily, scheduled, and preventive maintenance tasks on time.
• Troubleshoot and repair robotics, electrical circuits, and automated systems during downtime, ensuring root causes are identified and corrected.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members while assisting with scheduling and discipline as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, safety compliance, and participate in inspections, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as backup to the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and meet production goals. Education and Qualifications Education : High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred. Experience : Minimum 4 years in automated manufacturing maintenance; leadership experience strongly preferred. Technical Skills : Robotics, PLCs, electrical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and industrial automated assembly equipment. Additional : Strong mechanical aptitude, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and preventative / predictive maintenance practices. Benefits
