A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communications for multiple ambulatory practices, addressing patient inquiries and scheduling appointments
Document and relay patient information while ensuring issues are addressed in a timely manner according to established guidelines
Assist in training new personnel and participate in staff meetings to improve patient experience
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED is required
Ability to explain complicated healthcare issues with empathy
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable using multiple advanced communication tools
Effective interpersonal skills to work in a diverse team environment
