This is a true 1 : 1 care model with 40-minute treatment sessions , no patient overlap , and flexible scheduling options. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and design individualized treatment plans

Deliver hands-on, one-on-one physical therapy in 40-minute sessions

Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EMR

Educate patients and families on recovery timelines and self-management

Engage in continuous learning and mentorship opportunities

Participate in the development of new programs and clinical pathways

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution

Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit

Strong clinical reasoning and patient education abilities

Eagerness to grow into areas like leadership, specialty rehab, or program development

New graduates encouraged to apply; full onboarding and mentorship available
