About the role

The Project Recruiter will be assigned to support our client through a dedicated engagement, delivering high impact recruiting services while leveraging proprietary tools, databases, and governance frameworks to meet hiring objectives. This role involves partnering closely with client stakeholders to define strategic hiring goals, analyze workforce needs, and determine the most effective recruiting methods. The recruiter will design and implement tailored strategies for each client and role, build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and serve as a subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and specialized roles. Throughout the assignment, the recruiter will be fully dedicated to the client\'s hiring initiatives, ensuring focused recruitment management while upholding our company\'s standards, processes, and employment practices. This position is ideal for seasoned recruiters who excel in dynamic environments and can quickly adapt to shifting hiring volumes and evolving skill requirements.

What you\'ll be doing

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs, determine best recruiting methods, and create and deploy client and role-specific strategic recruiting strategies and client marketing initiatives.
  • Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.
  • Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on client industries and roles.
  • Administers job postings in various systems.
  • Manages full cycle recruiting for designated positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Provides guidance and negotiates salaries for clients; completes appropriate correspondence for each placement.
  • Tours clients\' offices and seeks to gain full understanding of clients\' goals and objectives.
  • Leverages multiple recruiting strategies (job boards, referrals, networking, social media) to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Delivers timely candidate pipelines and hiring updates for clients while managing communication of progress and challenges to leaders.
  • Develops relationships with key business leaders at the client site.
  • Represents LHH RS US professionally while embedded within the client environment.
  • Adheres to all compliance, confidentiality, and employment policies of LHH RS US.

About you

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required.
  • COMPETENCIES :

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret and understand employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Customer Relationship Management Systems and / or related tools.

    The Company will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

    The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $60,045 - $110,083. Compensation varies based on factors including experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

    Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, disability coverage, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Paid time off includes Personal Time Off (PTO) up to 152 hours / year, 10 paid holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holidays are prorated based on hire date.
