Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve a high school population in Hardwick, MA. This contract position runs for the full school year, beginning in August, and offers a flexible schedule of 3 to 5 days per week with hours tailored to meet caseload demands. The role involves managing a caseload of approximately 20 students, providing speech therapy services that support their communication development and academic success.

Qualifications / Experience :

  • Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Relevant licensure and credentials for practicing in Massachusetts
  • Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills tailored to adolescent communication needs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families

Location : Hardwick, Massachusetts serving a high school setting

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech therapy services
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed
  • Participate in team meetings, including IEP development and reviews
  • Support students in achieving communication goals that enhance academic participation
