Job Title : Account Manager of Commercial and Specialty Cleaning Division

Job Description : Under the supervision of the Commercial and Specialty Cleaning Manager (CSC), the Account Manager oversees the coordination and supervision of assigned accounts. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service delivery, timely execution, and adherence to budget constraints.

Job Duties

• Ensure proper staffing for each account and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Visit accounts regularly to inspect contractual compliance and cleanliness.
• Maintain effective relations with management and hourly personnel.
• Communicate effectively with account managers to resolve complaints promptly and address serious issues.
• Prepare proposals, bids, and suggest contractual adjustments based on operational needs.
• Review management reports such as labor, equipment, supplies, and job costs.
• Implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with budgets and contract standards.
