Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Account Specialist
Deploy outreach campaigns across assigned residential zones, introducing AT&T’s full suite of wireless plans, bundled service options, and connectivity upgrades.
Assess household connectivity needs and recommend tailored solutions based on usage patterns, service gaps, and eligibility across wireless tiers.
Execute structured account setup, service activation, and plan configuration using AT&T’s campaign workflows.
Maintain CRM accuracy by logging territory movement, engagement milestones, and account progression to support acquisition tracking and campaign visibility.
Coordinate with internal teams to align onboarding documentation, provisioning readiness, and activation benchmarks across AT&T’s wireless service portfolio.
Monitor account performance and contribute to retention strategies, plan optimization, and campaign growth across assigned neighborhoods.
