Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 10 recruiters to meet hiring commitments across various functions
Drive process discipline and optimize recruiting processes using data-driven strategies
Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure recruitment effectiveness and improve processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven success in leading a large recruiting team in a complex, high-volume organization
Strong business acumen to translate workforce needs into actionable recruiting strategies
Deep understanding of recruiting processes, systems, and metrics, with experience in operational discipline
