A company is looking for a Rehabilitation Manager in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

Adapt the EMEA rehabilitation model to the Australian market and contribute to service expansion

Conduct individual interviews and manage a regional network of affiliates for support services

Assist in building the operational implementation of the service and ensure quality management of cases

Required Qualifications

Clinical and pathological psychology background with knowledge of occupational and corporate HR psychology

Understanding of the corporate environment and outplacement stakeholders

Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
