Responsibilities :
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for services rendered, ensuring all billing details are correctly recorded.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing concerns, providing clear and detail-oriented communication.
- Maintain organized records of billing transactions and related documentation.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or errors in billing, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with established billing procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to improve billing processes and customer satisfaction.
- Learn new systems and procedures effectively, applying them to daily operations without hesitation.
- Update customer accounts and payment statuses in the system promptly and accurately.
- Provide support for administrative tasks related to billing and account management.
- Previous experience in billing or a related role is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries professionally.
- Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with billing systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
