Superintendent – Wastewater Construction

Location : Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Relocation available)

Salary : $140K–$185K+ (Aggressive for top candidates)

Project Size : $40M–$200M+ wastewater treatment plants (ground-up)

We're actively seeking a Superintendent with ground-up wastewater construction experience to lead major infrastructure projects in the DFW area. You must be able to build and manage the construction schedule and lead field operations from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Supervise all field operations on large-scale WWTP and utility projects
Develop and maintain baseline and look-ahead schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and safety teams
Ensure quality control, safety, and project delivery goals are met
Report progress and collaborate with the project management team

Qualifications

Proven experience building ground-up wastewater facilities

Strong scheduling skills (MS Project, P6, or similar)

History of managing $40M+ projects preferred

OSHA 30 and strong safety track record

Excellent leadership and communication skills
