Field Service Manager

Salary $105,000 to $125,000 + Bonus + Vehicle

Join an established organization supporting infrastructure across the region from water treatment plants and pumping stations to power facilities, healthcare systems, and manufacturing operations. You’ll manage field operations, strengthen customer relationships, and help drive service growth while delivering high-value industrial and municipal projects.

What You’ll Do

Lead and support field technicians on industrial service , municipal utility , and commercial infrastructure projects.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of units for cooling towers, pumps, chillers, boilers, compressors, turbomachinery, large motors, and industrial plumbing systems.

Drive service revenue growth through strong account management and business development strategies .

Partner with customers to identify new service opportunities , maintenance agreements , and system upgrades .

Review contracts, manage project scope, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

Experience managing or supporting field technicians in contracting , construction , or industrial service operations .

Proven track record of expanding service contracts , retaining key accounts , winning new customers in the commercial and industrial sectors, and increasing revenue .

Skilled in customer engagement , contract review , and service planning .

Knowledge of cooling towers, pumps, compressors, rotating equipment, motors, and process systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
