Role Overview
The Data Analyst will be instrumental in advancing analytics maturity and driving insights that directly support growth in the U.S. market. This role centers on reporting and analytics across trade, supply, and operational areas, with potential to expand scope as business priorities evolve.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics across core business functions, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Conduct in-depth analyses to inform strategy, validate business hypotheses, and size opportunities.
Define, track, and interpret key performance metrics, highlighting drivers of success and areas for improvement.
Manage projects end-to-end : data extraction, dashboard development, analysis, and presenting recommendations.
Apply statistical and analytical methods to deliver accurate and actionable insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, and other teams.
Translate complex data into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Automate reporting and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
Contribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the analytics community.
Continuously develop skills and bring new methodologies into practice.
This role follows a hybrid schedule with two preferred on-site days each week.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in analytics, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or technology sectors.
Proficiency in SQL (cloud-based environments preferred).
Strong experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
Familiarity with Python or R; exposure to machine learning tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of analytical techniques such as root cause analysis, funnel analysis, and A / B or multivariate testing.
Bonus skills : segmentation, lifetime value modeling, predictive analytics, or time-series analysis.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to partner across technical and business teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
