Data Concepts is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong documentation skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on IT development projects.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Experience in creating comprehensive and clear documentation.
- Proficiency in modeling techniques, requirements gathering, and documentation.
- Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements.
- Experience in translating business requirements into detailed system specifications.
- Ability to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and development teams.
- Experience in assessing the impact of changes and facilitating change management processes.
- Proficiency in business modeling and analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart, or similar.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management software.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in presenting analysis findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
