Collect independent field data. Submit accurate reports to PM and executives. Maintain documentation for change orders and dispute resolution. Work with Environmental, ISC / Expeditor, Safety Teams, SMEs, and Land Agents. Ensure communication and coordination through the CM role only. Minimum expectations outlined above; additional responsibilities may be assigned.

About the Role :
The Construction Manager is the field-level quarterback, bridging communication between contractors and Project Manager. Expect 70% office / 30% field time.

- Review contracts, safety plans, permits, drawings, materials, schedules, QA / QC, and submittals.
- Conduct kickoff meetings and site orientations.
- Lead client's team on site safety, assessments, and documentation.
