Billing Technical Supervisor

A company is looking for a Billing Technical Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Supervise technical operations of the Billing department to ensure accurate and efficient processing of billing activities

Evaluate and implement business requirements to enhance accounting processes and billing systems

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to identify and resolve system issues and ensure compliance with accounting policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in billing systems or accounting

1 to 3 years of supervisory experience

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience with Duck Creek Technologies insurance system, particularly in the Billing module, is preferred
