Position Overview

Sign Production & Installer plays a key role in producing and installing a wide variety of signage solutions. This position supports the production team in preparing, assembling, and applying graphics while also performing on-site installations. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in detail and precision, and is committed to delivering exceptional service that represents the Signarama brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Support :
  • Assist in the fabrication of signs, banners, vinyl graphics, and other print materials.
  • Operate large-format printers, plotters, and laminators.
  • Prepare and assemble materials for finishing, including weeding, masking, trimming, and mounting.
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting completed projects before installation or delivery.
  • Installation :
  • Install a wide range of signage including vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, window decals, vehicle wraps, wall graphics, and building signage.
  • Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with installation guidelines.
  • Use hand tools, ladders, and lifts safely to complete installations on-site.
  • Maintain professionalism while representing the company at customer locations.
  • General Duties :
  • Keep the production area organized, clean, and stocked with supplies.
  • Vehicle loading / unloading and transportation of signage to job sites.
  • Support team members as needed to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Provide excellent customer service during installation, ensuring client satisfaction.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in signage, graphics, construction, or a related trade.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safe ladder / lift use.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders, layouts, and installation instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders / lifts when needed.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
