For over 25 years, Quick Response Fire Protection has proudly provided the design, installation, maintenance, inspections and repairs of fire protection systems within the tri-state area. Along the way, Quick Response has grown to become the largest provider of fire protection systems in the state of New Jersey, providing fire protection services to all industries and property types.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Fire Protection Inspector to join our team in Freehold, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and maintaining fire protection systems, including sprinklers, fire suppression systems and fire alarms. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in fire safety standards and regulations to ensure the highest level of protection for our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Inspect, test, and routine maintenance of : Fire Alarm systems, Wet and Dry Fire Sprinkler systems, Deluge and Standpipe systems; Fire Pumps, Hoses, & Hydrants; Backflow Devices, Pre-Action Systems, Special Hazard Systems, Fire Extinguishers and Emergency Lights
- Visual and functional testing on sprinkler risers and field devices in accordance with national and local standards
- Maintain accurate documentation on tablet of all tests performed
- Complete all required paperwork via tablet such as inspection reports, work orders, time sheets daily
- Communicate deficiencies and service requirements with customer and inspection manager
- 3 to 5 years of experience preferred
Qualifications :
