$80,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr

Then, join us at counsel's table and impact clients where it matters—inside the courtroom. We're a young, growing, and different kind of business litigation firm seeking a rockstar Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our Houston-based team!
Your Role
- Manage cases from intake to closure in a supportive but fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities :
- Reduce Mark's decision fatigue to free him to focus on his competencies : client development, client counseling, strategic legal thinking, trials, negotiations, vision, and marketing.
- Help at counsel's table in court.
- Crush deadlines with no errors.
- Move all cases forward—always.
- Deliver exceptional client experience that turns clients into raving fans.
- Manage docket, discovery, calendar, communications, and files.
- Conduct legal research / writing, prepare trial notebooks, and craft compelling plain English demand letters, pleadings, motions, notices, etc.
- Anticipate and independently solve challenges.
