The Development Events and Stewardship Specialist will report to the Donor Relations and Events Coordinator.Job Responsibilities & Roles :
Event record keeping ○ Maintains and updates constituent records and manages donor lists to support events ○ Track event registration and attendance in our trackers and database ○ Provides monthly / weekly / daily reports as it relates to eventsEvent Logistics ○ Coordinates team event purchasing, such as giveaways and supplies as needed ○ Support event needs (i.e. tracking, ordering, and organization) ○ Oversee post-event activities, including donor recognition, stewardship, and evaluation of event success ○ Support vendor coordination, organization, and execution ○ On-site setup, troubleshooting, and oversightEvent communications and storytelling ○ Support in story gathering, writing, and production ○ Assists production and distribution of event mailingDonor stewardship ○ Help steward current donors through cultivation and engagement activities ○ With direction from the team, develop administrative briefs for prospective donors as needed ○ In partnership with our Development Writer create creative content to help share impact stories with donors QualificationsA belief in the ability of every child and a commitment to ensure excellence for each studentStrong design skills and familiarity with Canva and InDesign is preferredParticipating member in a local churchStrong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience in executing a vision for an event from start to finishAbility to pull together accurate reportsDemonstrate ability to handle multiple projects, produce high-quality results in a timely manner, and work collaboratively and independentlyInteract effectively with a wide variety of peopleStrong customer service skillsExperience in event planning and project planning is preferredAbility to work within a fast-paced environment and with minimal supervisionA team player committed to the St.Augustine Preparatory teamLastly and most importantly, the candidate must demonstrate and possess the highest integrity and be able to live the values, beliefs, and culture of St.Augustine Preparatory Academy Non-Discriminatory Policy St.Augustine Preparatory Academy is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of age, race, color, sex, national and ethnic origin or any other basis prohibited by law when hiring, promoting, establishing wages, or providing benefits.As a faith-based institution based on biblical principles, St.Augustine Preparatory Academy hires employees who agree with the school’s Mission Statement and Statement of Beliefs and adhere to biblical standards of conduct.Powered by JazzHR
