Job Description

Position Overview

Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives incorporating AI-powered solutions across investment management functions. Drive operational integration from initial strategy through implementation across Portfolio Management, Trade Operations, Compliance, and Data Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead diverse digital transformation teams implementing AI solutions across investment management operations
  • Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to define target state architecture and processes
  • Manage and mentor Product Analysts to enhance digital products and services
  • Review and validate solution designs ensuring compliance with business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate on process optimization and modernization initiatives
  • Communicate complex topics effectively to C-Suite executives and senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Asset Management industry
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end trade lifecycle (front, middle, and back office)
  • Proven track record leveraging AI / ML in Financial Services
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary teams on customer-focused and B2B products
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize demands and obtain stakeholder buy-in
  • Deep expertise in Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Extensive operational expertise across Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Swaps
