Leaders Furnitureis urgently seeking adriven, focused Sales Professionalto join our vibrant team at 2222 E Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32803. What We Offer

  • Training & Growth : 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development to fuel your success.
  • Compensation : Paid training, hourly base + commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans. ($55K -$60K annual)
  • Schedule : 40-hour workweek | MS 107, Sun 106 | Generous PTO with no blackout dates.
  • Culture : Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment where your wins are celebrated.

    • What You Bring :

  • Weekend and holiday availability (were closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter)
  • Ability to lift 2025 lbs and travel to Largo for training
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
  • Comfort with POS systems and a passion for helping customers find the perfect fit
